Scottish Conker Championships
Always a hugely popular part of the Tweed Valley Forest Festival in Peebles, the annual Scottish Conker Championships are going from strength to strength since they started in 2007.
Players compete in four categories – Junior, Youth, Adult and Rogue – using horse chestnuts. Following rules laid down by Borders Forest Trust see Conker Championship Rules for more details.

We are hoping to attract competitors from far and wide for 2016’s championships, and have a cracking 10th anniversary Scottish Conker Championships, see the Conker Wall of Fame for past winners (we need your help to complete the wall, some of our records have been lost).
2016 Scottish Conker Championships
Treefest partners Borders Forest Trust will once again be running the Championships which take place on Saturday 22nd October, Tweed Green in Peebles. Be ready to sign in at the marquee in the morning with Smash Off starting at 12 noon.
It’s an activity for all the family so why not bring along your little brother or sister, mum, dad or the grandparents?
